Sage Hill Investors (SHI) is the Grizzard family office based out of Chattanooga, TN founded in 2019 after divestitures of the family business in the milling and baking industry. As a generalist investor, SHI seeks opportunities across private securities, public securities, and real estate. Our private’s strategy is built on strong relationships with high performing fund managers and the sidecar opportunities they provide. Our public’s strategy is to take concentrated positions with select long only and long/short hedge fund managers. For our real estate portfolio, we prioritize multi-family and commercial projects in the Southeast, with a strong preference for projects in Chattanooga. Outside of our core investments, we are also the parent company of Chattanooga’s professional soccer team, Chattanooga Football Club, and have interests in other international soccer clubs.
